help all first-year students have a successful and
inspiring first year.
There's something for every first-year student at the Tat!
You can:
- Attend one of the many interesting programs that include
film, theater, and discussion.
- Ask the Center's student staff anything! They're well-seasoned
Cornellians with loads of invaluable "insider" information.
- Check out the different art exhibits.
-
Talk to a professional about adjusting to Cornell,
relationship issues, family problems, sexual health concerns,
depression, anxiety, stress, or any other problem big or small.
- Meet with your TA or study group.
- Grab a cappuccino or a bit to eat at Carol's Cafe.
- Break the ice! Meet professors during our Coffee Houses in the Majors.
- Take advantage of the Center's on-site laptop lending service or NetPrint.
- Chat with a financial aid guru!
- Meet with your study group in one of the Center’s comfy spaces.
...And that’s just for starters!
